Investment in high technology equipment to improve production capacity and increase the competitiveness of Ilina OOD

This project proposal is aimed at increasing production capacity of Ilina Ltd and enhancement its export capacity through fulfillment of the following activity: Activity for improvement of the production capacity of Ilina Ltd. The main instrument, through the set activity will be implemented, is buying of the following new high-tech machines: 1.Corner crimping machine; 2. Circular saw; 3. CNC Horizontal Router; 4. Profile processing center; 5. Electrocar. The project is implemented in thematic area of Mechatronics and pure technologies of the Innovation strategy for smart specialization, because buying the new machine will lead to introduction of a modern and intelligent production systems in Ilina Ltd. The new equipment will bring up continuous and consistent production process, efficiency and effectiveness of the entire activity, in respect of resources used as well as high productivity, leading to an increase in the quantity of finished products. All this will bring the company to a different technological level and will make possible to provide production on competitive prices, with high-quality features, which fully meet the requirements of customers. Also, will be answered to the quality aluminum joinery demand, and the increased production will allow all requested orders to be executed on time and increase Ilina's export potential by conquering new market niches. In particular, with the implementation of this project proposal, the following results will be achieved: • Shortening the time for making aluminum joinery • Minimize manual labor used in production • Optimize operations cutting, assembling, drilling, supply of materials and expedition • Reducing production costs • Expanding the production capacity of the company • Reducing negative impact of the activity of Ilina on the environment
