Improvement of production capacity of STATEX Ltd.

STATEX Ltd. is a Bulgarian private company established in 2001 in the city of Plovdiv. The company specializes in the production of yarns, knits, knitted fabrics, tapestries and others. In execution of the project "Improvement of the production capacity of "Statex Ltd." the following direct results will be achieved: - Delivered 1pcs round-bottom machine with 12 positions; - Productivity gain: 41.99%; - Change in average export earnings: 51.22%; - Sales revenue growth: 46.57%; - Made and delivered 1 pc. information table; - Made and delivered 1 pc. equipment sticker. The equipment planned to be purchased meets the latest technological requirements in this industry and is a guarantee of high product quality and customer satisfaction. The implementation of the project will lead to an expansion of production capacity and a reduction in production costs and production time per unit of production. Additionally, it will be possible to introduce new products and enrich the product range of the company in order to better satisfy the needs of the market and the growing customer requirements. A maximum level of quality will be achieved in delivering the finished product to customers and lowering its cost by closing the production cycle within the enterprise. The project investment will directly contribute to the achievement of the objectives set in the short-term, medium and long-term strategy of STATEX Ltd. - to increase the capacity of its production by introducing a new product group, achieving the possibilities of fulfilling much larger orders of customers and thus expand their presence on national, European and global markets.
