Improvement of the production capacity of "Megatrade Express" OOD

The project proposal is targeted at expanding the capacity of the existing enterprise of Megatrade Express Ltd in Sofia for the production of household and sanitary hygiene paper rolls. This will be achieved through the implementation of the current investment project, the purchase and commissioning of high-performance, automated Lines for unwinding and cutting of roll paper - 1 pc. and Packing Machine - 1pc. The company offers its customers the product groups "kitchen rolls and toilet paper" in a wide range of different density and number of layers of products. Currently, the company has 2 pcs. production lines for toilet paper (1350 mm) and 1 pc. line for kitchen rolls (2700 mm). With the purchase of the new line and packing machine, the company will significantly increase its production capacity and will improve its production process for the production of kitchen rolls and toilet paper by optimizing the production process at the packaging stage of production (will complete currently fully manual process, with automation). Additionally, with the new line, the company will improve production efficiency due to the ability to operate in non-stop mode. As a result of the investment, a significant reduction in the cost of production is also expected due to the optimization of labor costs, significantly increased productivity and improvement of the quality of the produced products. After the implementation of the project and the purchase of automated Lines for unwinding and cutting of roll paper - 1 pc. and Packing Machine-1 pc., the company will start producing more from currently produced products: toilet paper and kitchen paper, which will allow Megatrade Express OOD increase production of kitchen rolls by over 14% (from 400693 to 457061 package / year) and toilet paper with more than 2.4 times (from 570550 to 1985306 pack / yr).
