Improvement of the production capacity of "Heath Design" Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at expanding the capacity of the existing Heat Design EOOD business in Peshtera to provide online shop maintenance and optimization services through the improvement of the product creation and management process of each product of the developed online stores as part of the service. This will be achieved through the purchase, delivery and installation of software for automated creation, analysis and management of product performance - 1pc. and server-1pc. The company offers its customers high quality services for maintenance and optimization of online stores. With this project, by purchasing the described software and hardware, it will solve a number of technological issues that hinder the process of quickly and efficiently implementing the process of creating and managing product presentation and hence the whole service. Nowadays, the company does not have software for automated creation, analysis and management of product performance. At present, the process is done by manually creating and managing the product representation of each product, which is extremely labor-intensive and slow. This causes a delay in the process of providing the service to Heat Design EOOD's customers and in turn leads to low performance in the service delivery. To overcome the limitations described, a software for automated creation, analysis and management of product performance will be purchased - 1pc. and server - 1, which is why the company will now launch the service offered to more customers. After purchasing the assets, Heat Design capacity will be greatly expanded - online store maintenance and optimization service will be provided from the current 29 to 34 customers or a total increase in enterprise productivity in the second year following the year of the the project with over 15%.
