Improving production capacity in NINACHIM Ltd

The current project is a small-tech enterprise from the Ruse region. The need for the activities envisaged under the project is determined by the main problems currently dealt with: time-consuming production of water-dispersion paints with the predominant participation of low-productivity and non-permanent manual labor; higher product costs due to low productivity and aging of available technology; inconsistent quality of finished products; trend in loss of potential orders due to lack of capacity and speed in implementation. There is a material investment in assets that will expand the production capacity of the enterprise and improve production processes. It will overcome problems in the bottlenecks of production, save basic resources, eliminate manual labor, and improve the quality of finished products. The project envisages increasing production for the domestic and foreign market and sustainable development of the company. The project proposal falls within the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of ISIS because it includes investments in automated and software assisted management systems with application in production. The investment will provide improved production capacity across the enterprise and achieve process rhythm. This will provide a higher added value for an enterprise that expects a growth in net sales revenue, an increase in export earnings, and an increase in productivity. When implementing the project, horizontal policies for equality and non-discrimination will be respected and environmental sustainability will be achieved.
