„Improving the production capacity of „Vaniko“ Ltd."

The present project will be realized by "VANIKO" Ltd. - a company specialized in the production of parts, machine assemblies, machines, design and production of tools (molds, injection molds and dies), technology design and technological equipment, thermal treatment. According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE.BG - 2008), the enterprise's business is classified under code 28.29 "Manufacture of other general-purpose machinery nec". The production base of "Vaniko" is located in the town of Blagoevgrad and is equipped with modern and high-tech machines, ensuring speed, efficiency and precision of the work, despite the good technical provision of the production, the company faces the serious challenge to respond adequately to the constantly increasing demand for The current production capacity of machine components and parts (around 390,000 in 2017 at 100% load) is insufficient and slows the company's development. With the implementation of this project, the available machines will be supplemented with 2 high-performance 3-axis CNC lathes, which will lead to: 1. Increasing the production capacity with more than 3,800 pcs. details / monthly (46 000 per year); 2. Increasing the export potential of "Vanico". It is planned that, at the end of the forecast period, more than 110,000 pieces of finished parts will be realized on the foreign markets; 3. Increasing Productivity; 4. Increase in net sales revenue; Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of machines. The total value of the investment is BGN 589,682.75, excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.
