Improving production capacity of UNITECH - HRISTEV I SIE

The project proposal of UNITECH - HRISTEV I SIE is related to the implementation of activity for improving the production capacity of the company. For its implementation, a selection of suppliers, purchase, delivery and commissioning of new automated processing equipment for metal processing will be made for the production of stainless steel pumps for industry. The need to implement the project stems from the lack of sufficient production and technological capacity for larger or specific orders, the use of predominantly outdated technologies and middle-age equipment of around 20 years, requiring high labor intensity of the respective operations and higher production costs , which can not achieve the required quality, precision and speed in production. With available machines, many manufacturing processes are executed manually and inaccuracies result, resulting in inconsistent details being corrected or processed, disrupting the production process, reducing productivity, resulting in lower performance in the production chain. Subcontracting is also required. As a result of the investments in the project, the production process will be modernized, the production chain will be optimized, the product will be improved, the production capacity will be increased, production costs will be reduced, the details will not be met, the order execution deadlines will be reduced. This will be a prerequisite for the company to expand its market position, especially in international markets where competition is high, and short execution times, quality and flexible prices are determining for demand. The project also falls under the following priorities of this procedure: - projects implemented in one of the thematic areas of the ISIC 2014-2020; - regional prioritization, as the company's headquarters and the planned activities will be implemented on the territory of Kardzhali region.
