„Improvement of the production capacity of „ART STONE DASIGN" LTD"

The present project will be implemented by "ART STONE DESIGN" Ltd. - a company for processing of natural rock-lining materials. Marble, granite and limestone are mainly processed to the following product groups: kitchen countertops and barpolots, stairs, bathroom desks, fireplaces, columns, pilasters and balustrades, facades and pavements, arches and moldings, fountains and fountains. According to the NACE.BG - 2008, the activity falls within the scope of code 23.70 "Cutting, profiling and processing of building and decorative rock materials". The production is done in its own base in the town of Lovech, Northwest region. Despite the good technical feasibility of production, the company faces the serious challenge to respond adequately to the ever-growing demand for its products. The current production capacity of about 2,000 sq. M. (with 100% machine load) is insufficient and slows the company's development. With the implementation of the present project, the existing machinery will be complemented with a modern and high-performance Machining and Polishing Machine for straight and rounded faces whose implementation in the production process will lead to: 1. Increasing the production capacity by over 930 square meters / year; 2. Increasing the export potential of "ART STONE DESIGN EOOD. At the end of the projection period, more than 1 000 sq. M. of the manufactured products to be realized on the external markets; 3. Increasing Productivity; 4. Increase in net sales revenue; Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of the machine. The total value of the investment is BGN 232 000,00 excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.
