The main objective of the project is improvement of the production capacity of "LUNATONE-BG" through modernization and automation of the process of surface mounting and soldering of components at the company. The specific objectives address individual parameters that will create the prerequisites for the achievement of the main objective: production capacity increase; production process improvement; product quality improvement; production costs reduction; expansion of activity and sales. The project implementation aims at meeting our basic need to improve the surface mounting process of components in our enterprise, whose deficiencies have a negative impact on the overall production process. The project covers one activity - Activity for improvement of the production capacity of the company LUNATONE - BG. It will be realized through the purchase of the following intangible assets: SMT line (1 pc.), Auto optical inspection island (AOI) and manual correction of SMT components (1 pc.), microscope for volume monitoring of small parts with defects during correction (1), microscope with built-in digital camera (1 pc.), depanelization and soldering system for TH components (1 pc.). As a result of the project implementation, we will achieve significant improvement in the production capacity of LUNATONE-BG. The high automation of surface mounting process of SMT components in our company combined with precise inspection for defects with the possibility of detailed correction, complemented by modernization of the surface mounting process of TH components, will contribute to highly efficient and high quality surface mounting of components in the enterprise. Good quality and control will provide for a larger number of modules fit for follow-up operations per unit of time. We will be able to achieve an increase of 50% in volume of saturated modules and more than 15% increase of final production per unit of time. This will also lead to higher sales revenue.
