Increase of production capacities of APRONECS Ltd., through investments in new production equipment.

APRONEX Ltd. was founded in 1989 and is a specialized manufacturer of machines and equipment according to customer's requirements. Together with specialized machinery and equipment, the company also produces small series OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products. Today, the enterprise is a preferred partner and an established manufacturer on the Bulgarian market. According to the financial results of the last two years, the basic code of the company is 28.99 - Manufacture of other special purpose machines, unskilled elsewhere, which accounts for more than 43% of the revenues. The products produced under this code are: 1.Induction heating and tempering devices; 2.Welding machines for PVC foil, artificial leather and synthetic tarpaulin; 3.Modules and automation systems; These products are widely used in metalworking, machine-building and light industry. The final output is realized on both domestic and international markets. At present, APRONEX Ltd. has limited growth opportunities due to the use of depreciated equipment in the main production processes for the listed products. The most ineffective units in the technological process are the production and processing of metal parts used in different machines as well as the welding process of basic modules. Given the situation, a large part of the machining and processing of metal parts is outsourced, and this reduces overall economic efficiency. In view of the identified weaknesses, the project aims at improving the production capacity under code 28.99, with the purchase and implementation of: - 5-axis machining center (1pcs); - Inverter welding apparatus (1pc); In summary, the project will improve production capacity, increase the quality of finished products, and hence the competitiveness of the company. The outsourcing of part of the production and processing of parts will be eliminated, thus optimizing production costs.
