„Improvement of the production capacity of PSP 79 LTD.“

The present project will be realized by the company "PSP 79" EOOD, which was established in 2012, in the town of Montana. The main scope of activity of the company is "Production of wood packing", code 16.24 of NACE.BG 2008. Processing of deciduous and coniferous timber is made and is produced: pallets, wooden grids and individual packages, according to the model and design of the customers. The business site of the company is located in the village of Klisuritsa, Montana district. Through the implementation of this project, the available equipment will be complemented by: 1. Horizontal leaf sawing machine - 1; 2. Double-bladed saw blade -1 pcs .; 3. Multi-blade circular saw; 4. Circular saw for cross cutting -1 pcs. The implementation of the machine in the production process will optimize the basic operations of the technological process for the production of wood packaging (.........) and will lead to: 1. Increasing the production capacity with over 12 000 pcs. pallets and wooden grates / per year; 2. Creation of export potential in "SPP 79" Ltd. It is planned that at the end of the forecast period some 5 300 per year of manufactured products will be realized on the foreign markets; 3. Increasing Productivity; 4. Increase in net sales revenue; Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of machines. The total value of the investment is BGN 146 800,00 excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.
