Improvement of production capacity in KMS ENGINEERING Ltd.

"KMS ENGINEERING" Ltd. is a company specialized in production of various non-standard devices for orientation and supply of small-scale details in production lines such as vibro-binders, linear orientators, pre-binders and other transfering devices. At present, with its available capacities, the plant reaches its maximum production capacity and operates in full workload mode. For the needs of the production of feeding devices, in order to optimize the production processes and after conducting procedures for selection of contractor, according to the DMC № 160, new high-performing equipment will be purchased and put into operation: - Laser cutting machine with CNC - 1 pc. - Machining center with CNC - 1 pc. - Hydraulic abcant with NC control - 1 pc. The machines will be implemented in the company's technology chain and will further strengthen the produced items. Buying this equipment is essential to increase the capacity of the enterprise, to expand its presence in national markets, and to enhance the export by increasing the volume of output and production, to optimize workflows, to achieve higher productivity and to improve offered products. To overcome the limitations towards future development of the company, one main activity will be included within the project: 1. "Activity to improve the production capacity" The successful implementation will have a positive effect on increasing the production capacity and on strengthening the export potential of KMS ENGINEERING LTD. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity, raise generated export revenue and improve production cost efficiency, which will result in optimal returns of the investment made. During the implementation of the project, all requirements for visualization, publicity, information and communication will be met.
