Improving the competitive power of company "TODOR POPOV – DEMT" ET by increasing the production capacity and strengthening the export potential.

The current project is aimed at meeting the applicant’s following needs: 1. Optimization of the manufacturing process, decreasing the term of production and improving the resource efficiency; 2. Increasing the production capacity and expanding the exports. The project investments are aimed at: - Upgrading the manufacturing processes; - Reducing the production costs. The implementation of the project will introduce modern equipment for manufacturing process optimization in order to supplement the needed technological equipment for the improvement of the production capacity. This will allow the candidate to expand its business and to improve its market positions. As a result, the following will be achieved: - Upgraded manufacturing process and increased production capacity for one-color duplexing prints - by 102 %; - Increased production capacity of the enterprise - by 90 %; - Net sales revenue raise with 80% in 2022, in comparison with 2018; - Net income from export sales increase with more than 180% in 2022, in comparison with 2018. The following project goals will be achieved: - Specific goals: upgrading the manufacturing processes, increasing the volume of output, achieving higher productivity and reducing the production costs. - Main goal – improving "TODOR POPOV – DEMT“ ET competitiveness by increasing the production capacity and expanding the exports. The target group of the project includes the candidate, the candidate’s personnel and the current and future clients of the company.
