Implementation of an investment plan for the purchase of technological equipment in order to improve the production capacity, competitiveness and export potential of Aspect - III Ltd.

Aspex III Ltd develops its core business since 2009, falling under the NACE code 29.32 "Manufacture of other parts and accessories for vehicles". In detail, the activity consists in the production of high quality filters, which are designed for different types of cars, buses, agricultural and road construction equipment, ships, etc. In particular, the filters are air, oil, fuel and hydraulic. The production processes in the company pass through several stages, such as: forming and gluing of the filter paper (corrugation), preparing the prepared paper on a rotating saucer and gluing, then placing the lid of the filter, treating it with liquid, and is moved to the finished product depot. Each of the stages is essential in production, precisely because of this, the company envisages in its investment intention to purchase 4 work units to automate. With the realization of their investment intentions the quantities and qualities of the finished products will be improved, which will also improve the production capacity of the enterprise. This in turn will allow preserving and increasing the position of the company in the market of filters, requiring high quality, precision and precision of the work that will be ensured by the implementation of the investment. The new innovative specialized equipment will contribute to its positive impact on the environment. Achieving optimization of the processes in the enterprise will contribute to improving the quality of production and its resource efficiency over the long term. The results of the implementation of the project include increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise as well as enhancing the export potential by expanding the main activity and optimizing the production by supplying, assembling and putting into operation of the new high-tech machines necessary for the final product.
