Improvement of the production capacity and strengthening of the export potential of "Kupro - 94" Ltd. through expansion of production capacities

This project proposal provides for the creation of the necessary prerequisites for improvement of the production capacity and increased export potential needed to ensure sustainable growth in the production of dry building mixes, coatings used for priming and fine-coat painting of large indoor surfaces of buildings of KUPRO-94 Ltd., which is the main economic activity of the company . The project proposal is aimed at obtaining a grant from KUPRO-94 Ltd. related to the expansion of the capacity of an existing business site. The project is aimed at increasing the production capacity of the applicant's main business line (NACE 20.30), expanding market positions and increasing the competitiveness and export potential of the company. Target groups: The project is aimed at meeting the needs of our existing clients and reaching new ones. KUPRO-94 Ltd. has well-developed commercial channels with fast growing needs of our production in our main field of activity. In its development plan, KUPRO-94 Ltd. analyzes the weaknesses in its production chain and identifies the need for further technological refurbishment to remove them, expanding its technological equipment by extending and automating an existing production line for dry building mixtures. This expansion is planned to be carried out by investing in Silos cement storage 1, Supplement, Loading, Storing, Dosing and Weighing System 1, Automatic Packing and Carrying System 1 pcs, Automatic Robot Palletizer 1, Packing machine with conveyor 1, process control system, power engineering, automation 1 needed to improve production capacity and export potential as planned results.
