„Improvement of the production capacity in" „JODI" Ltd.

"JODI" Ltd. is a company specializing in the manufacture of safety components for construction and infrastructure - barriers. According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NNIC - 2008), the activity of the company is classified in code 25.11 "Manufacture of metal structures and parts thereof". The activity is carried out in own production base in Oryahovo, Vratsa district. The main challenge faced by the company at the moment is the insufficient production capacity and the inability to absorb the ever-increasing demand. Through the implementation of the current project, the existing equipment will be complemented by a new, modern and high-performance metalworking technique, which optimizes important stages of the technological process such as: cutting, bending, welding, blasting, palletizing. The implementation of the machines in the production process will lead to: 1. Increasing the production capacity by 150 tons of barriers per year; 2. Increasing the export potential of „JODI“ Ltd. It is planned that, at the end of the forecast period, more than 250 tonnes of barriers will be realized on the external markets; 3. Increasing Productivity; 4. Increase in net sales revenue; Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of equipment. The total value of the investment is 920 651,53 BGN, excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.
