Improved production capacity for Borola Ltd

Borola’s overall vision is to inspire and support our clients on their journey to a healthier life. We are the only company in Bulgaria, which not only produces food supplements and cosmetics but also has incorporated its products into a wide array of holistic programs. Borola’s products are developed by the company’s Research and Development team and their demand continues to grow. We need to acquire additional equipment to supplement the existing one, in order to increase our production capacity by more than 100% for capsules and almost 600% for sachets. Currently, we have equipment for the entire production cycle, but we need to purchase additional equipment with better automation and greater production capacity. We plan that the capacity of the new machines will be significantly higher than that of the current equipment. The purchase of the new equipment will allow us to respond to the growing market demand and improve our domestic and international market position. The purchase of additional equipment for all stages of the production cycle will enable us to increase our production capacity and to reduce significantly the use of resources, in particular raw materials, as we will be able to produce more efficiently bigger batches of a given product. As most of our products will be exported, the new equipment will increase our export capacity and our competitive advantage. The reduced production cost due to the optimization of the production processes will lead to higher profits, allowing us to grow continuously by investing in new machinery and equipment. This, in turn, will increase our product portfolio. The project is implemented in the area of ISIS “Industry for Healthy Life and Biotechnology”.
