Improvement of the production capacity in IBG Motors Ltd.

"IBG MOTORS" Ltd. is a company specialized in production of electric motors for automatic garage doors, motorized roller shutters, automated safety shutters and doors, etc. Currently, the factory reaches its maximum capacity and operates in full workload mode with its available production capacities. Due to the needs of production, optimization of processes and after conducting of procedures for selection of contractor, according to DMC №160, new high-performance equipment will be purchased and put into operation, as follows: - CNC lathe-1, - Measuring machine - 1, - Coil winding machine - 2pc, - Pneumatic press - 1pc, - Stator winding machine - 1pc, - Molding system - 1pc, - Machine for electromotting - 1 pc, - Electric motor testing system - 1pc, - Insulating machine-1, - Cable processing machine - 1 pc. - Furnace for firing of electric motors - 1pcs. The machines will be implemented in the company's technological chain and will strengthen the production of electric motors. Buying them is necessary to increase the capacity of the enterprise, expand its presence on domestic and foreign markets by increasing production volume, optimizing of the workflows, achieving higher productivity and improving the products offered. To overcome the constraints towards the development of the company, one main activity will be included within the project: 1. "Activity to improve production capacity" The successful realization will reach the project objectives: increasing the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of the company. At the same time, the export earnings will be increased and the cost efficiency will be improved, which will result in optimal returns on the investment. During the implementation of the project, all requirements for visualization, publicity, information and communication will be met.
