Achieving sustainable growth by improving the production capacity of BOBI FISHER LTD

Fishing floats (in all their varieties) fill the main product range of Bobifischer Ltd. The planned purchase of equipment and its introduction in the process will solve key problems in the production of fishing floats, namely: 1. Dependence on external suppliers for the elaboration of the metal parts used in Bobifischer's products. A lathe will be purchased to produce all these metal parts currently available from external manufacturers (suppliers). This will directly impact positively on: production flexibility, assortment increasing, capacity increasing and production cost reducing. 2. The manual operator-controlled, slow and ineffective painting process will be upgraded by introducing a new automated / robotic system that will perform all operations in a much larger quantity and with greater precision. The deployment of a new equipment will support the introduction of the use of water based paints (without use of chemical solvents). This modernization will contribute to: increasing the productivity of painting, improving working conditions, improving quality and reducing production costs. It will be possible to develop models with a larger number of layers of paint and those that are laid in a special way. Solving each of the above described problems will contribute for increase of total revenue as well as for the increase of the added value of production. It will satisfy growing consumer demand in both national and international markets. Production currently includes: 1. Delivery: 1.1. body blanks material - balsa, PUR etc. 1.2. metal parts 2. Shaping the workpieces 3. Assembling and preparation for painting 4. Painting 5. Finishing branding 6. Packaging The project focuses on stages 1.2, 4 and 5.
