„Improving the production capacity of „BULSTONE“ LTD"

BULSTOUN Ltd. was established in 1994. The main business is the manufacture of marble, granite, onyx, travertine, limestone and other natural and artificial stones. According to the NACE.BG - 2008, the activity falls within the scope of code 23.70 "Expaction, profiling and processing of building and decorative rock materials". The production base is located in the village of Topoli, Varna district. Despite the good technical feasibility of production, the company faces the serious challenge to respond adequately to the ever-growing demand for its products. The current production capacity of about 11,000 sq.m. stone - facing materials (at 100% machine load) is insufficient and slows down the development of the company. With the realization of the present project, the existing machine park will be supplemented with 2 pcs. new, modern and high-performance machines (Machining Center with CNC and Bridge Cutting Machine) whose introduction into the production process will lead to: 1. Increasing the production capacity with more than 1,800 square meters per year; 2. Increasing the export potential of BULSTONE OOD. It is planned, at the end of the forecast period, nearly 1 700 sq. M. of the manufactured products to be realized on the external markets; 3. Growth of productivity with; 4. Increase in net sales revenue; Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of machines. The total value of the investment is BGN 446 000,00 excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.
