Improvement the production capacity and export potential of DIANID Ltd.

DIANID Ltd was found in 1994 and has been a long-standing importer and more than eight years a manufacturer of energy-saving, LED lighting products. The company has a laboratory for optoelectronics development and all the products of the company are distinguished by a guarantee of quality. The products are sold successfully on the Bulgarian and international markets - Greece, Romania, Belgium, the Netherlands and companu is continuously updating and expandingtheir range of products. Due to the exceptionally rapid pace of development of lighting products and the growing demand for increasingly modern energy-saving products and the aging of the used technological equipment, it is no longer able to meet the market's needs in terms of component, quality, performance , term of execution and cost of the production. So far, the assembling of the lighting products has been done manually in DIANID Ltd, but in view of the rapid depreciation of the price of LED bulbs and products on the market, the company is unable to reach the desired production capacity, to execute large orders for its customers at low prices . As a result of the implementation of the project and the purchased assets - "LED ball bulb light assembly line", new production technologies will be introduced, the working processes will be optimized, increasing the resource efficiency of the production cycle, in order to increase the competitiveness and increase the export potential of the company. The project proposal falls within the scope of the priority areas "Systems for Automated and Software Assisted Managing with Application in Manufacturing" and "Robotics and Process Automation" from the thematic area of ISIS "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" and contributes for environment protection, enhancing resource efficiency and mitigating the effects of climate change.
