The current project is a consecutive step in the execution of Red Steel’s long-term strategy for company development and increasing its competitiveness in national and world markets, driven by production capacity increases and absorbing new products, optimizing the production processes and increasing the productivity of labor. During the three stages completed in 2007-2018 the company completed technological modernisation of targeted parts of the production process by means of purchasing and putting into operation of modern high-tech machines and equipment. Within the current stage (2019-2021) the main emphasis is on improving the efficiency of the production process at a key point in the production of thermal cutting machines (the flagship product of the company) - production of stock for the different elements of the machines.
