TONER SUPPORT Ltd. is a company for remanufacturing of toner cartridges for printers, copiers and multifunctional printers. The main economic activity of the company is under code 28.23 Manufacture of office machinery, except computers. The consumers interest in the production of TONER SUPPORT Ltd. products is much higher than the available output capacity. The low productivity of currently available equipment does not allow the orders to be executed within a short period of time, which shrinks the acceptance of new orders. In this regard, TonerProCap project envisages the following activity: - Improvement of production capacity (by purchasing of High speed cleaning system for monochromes, colour cartridges and little parts, 1 pc. and Automated toner filling system for laser printers in retail packs, 1 pc.) The acquired investment through this activity will be implemented under the "de minimis aid" and will be directly related to: - improvement of production processes; - reduction of production costs; - improving the company's products. The activity will be realised by purchasing of High speed cleaning system for monochromes, colour cartridges and little parts for the production base in Sofia, where the main production facilities of the company are installed and Automated toner filling system for laser printers in retail packs for the base in Silistra. The expected results are an increase of the TONER SUPPORT's competitiveness and its more successful presence on the national and foreign markets by optimising the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs, increasing net sales revenue and improving the offered products.
