Improving the production capacity of Unitraft AD

With this project we are proceeding with the implementation of the next stage of the long-term strategy of Unitraf JSC for the development of the enterprise, which plans to increase its competitiveness on the national and world markets on the basis of increasing its production capacity, reducing the cost of the main resources, optimizing the production processes and increasing the labor productivity. The present stage (2019-2020) envisages the renewal of the machinery of Unitraf JSC with high-tech resource-efficient machines and equipment that optimize key elements of the existing production process and increase its efficiency. The realization at this stage in practice is provided by the activity envisaged for the implementation of this project, which will be realized by the acquisition of the following tangible assets: 1. Robotic complex for lathe processing - 1 piece. 2. Toroidal transformer winding machine - 1 piece. 3. Toroidal transformer banding machine - 1 piece. The expected results of the realization of the project are: improved competitiveness of the enterprise and increasing its export potential by achieving better efficiency in the production process and created prerequisites for increasing the potential for realization of the production in foreign markets. The concrete results are: - an increase in the production capacity of the enterprise; - increasing the volume of production; - increasing the volume of exports; - Achieving higher productivity; - optimization of the production process; - reduction of production costs; - improving the quality of the products produced. The project will be implemented for 10 months.
