PHONOTRONICA Ltd. was established in 1990 with the object of developing, manufacturing and marketing of electronic products. At present the company's activity is focused on the development and implementation of its own products and assembly of products to outside contractors. Strategic development of the company's activity includes construction of high technology process for the assembly of electronic components, which can be created as its own products of the company, and to offer services for assembling electronic components in the field of electronics companies worldwide. That process was completed in the period 2013-2017 through the purchase of modern equipment, leading to a significant modernization of production, which combined with the professional skills of staff provide a guarantee of constant quality products and services. Increased modernization in recent years, driven increased demand for its services at national and international level. As a result of that, came to the fore the need to consolidate the results achieved by imposing a sustained growth of the company, related to further increase capacity, increase export potential and an overall improvement in profitability in the company. In this direction are the objectives of the present project and their realization is envisaged with realization of activity for improvement of the production capacity of the enterprise. Activities will be implemented through the purchase of machinery for surface mounting of electronic components, the expected results of the project will help increase the production capacity and export revenues of the company, increase productivity and enhance the efficiency of production costs, and a significant improvement and effective management of inputs and raw materials.
