Improving the production capacity and increasing the competitiveness of ELNA Ltd

Company ELNA manufactures high-frequency generators for induction heating, inductors and controllers, designated for assembly in complex automatic manufacturing systems for production and filling of flexible packaging used for dry, paste and liquid products as well as for universal application in power electronics and industrial automation. During the years of its existence ELNA has established itself on the Bulgarian and International market as a reliable partner, manufacturing high quality products offering innovative and high-tech solutions. This project foresees an improvement in the production capacity and increasing competitiveness of the company. This will be achieved through the introduction into the production of specialized laser system with CNC. In a global market, the company is located in a highly competitive environment and even the least technological lagging, delays in orders or inaccuracies in the manufacture of products would have extremely negative consequences for its future development. The company's products are of various sizes and made at specific orders. At present ELNA hasn't got the equipment that allows flexible, fast and qualitative processing of certain types of parts and that's why offers big portion of its parts to be manufactured by others. But the production terms of generators and inductors are long and often there are inaccuracies. As a result, the company loses customers both on the domestic and on the foreign markets, due to the inability to accept more orders and to fulfill them within the required time terms. With the new investment, supported by this project, the company will improve its production capacity. The more precise processing of the parts will lead to increased quality of the products; the company will be able to quickly and qualitatively produce conductive rails, specific magnet cores, etc. to expand its production range of products. This will inevitably improve the competitiveness of the company.
