Improving production capacity of Optomatik 64 Ltd.

Optomatik 64 Ltd. was established in 2001 in Shumen. The main activity of the company is in field of machine production and non-standard machine equipment. The main production of Optomatik 64 includes: - Non-standard equipment - Heat shrinkable and aluminum caps - Machines with general purpose The current project is aimed at expanding the production capacity Optomatik 64 Ltd. by purchasing new equipment. For this purpose, the company plans to purchase new production facilities - 2 highly efficient numerically controlled lathes. The company maintains a relatively large machine park, part of which is under-performing and generates high labor, energy, inland transport costs, repairs and accidents. The limited capabilities of these machines affect the ability of an enterprise to handle more and diverse orders. The efficiency of most machines currently in use is very low. The planned investments will optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in the manufacturing stages of machined components. The new machines have high productivity, higher integration of product processing and greater precision. Putting the equipment into operation will shorten the single product operating time, increase the productivity of the plant, will significantly reduce the production cost of the finished products. The results of the project will also leads to increasing in the volume of production and sales of the company, incl. export earnings.
