Improvement of production capacity in order to increase THRAX AUDIO Ltd. Competitiveness and strengthening of the export potential

Trax Audio Ltd. was established at the end of 2009 with the main activity of developing products in the field of high reproduction and amplifying audio systems and their implementation in practice and has a basic code of activity C 26.40. The company is specialized in manufacturing amplifiers and DAC / Digital Audio Converter. For the quality of the production process and the products, the level of the technology park is also essential, so the company traditionally invests in new production machines. However, in view of the rapid development of the company and the expansion of the customer base on the international markets, there is a perceived need for additional equipment.The aim is to avoid constraints such as labor delays, poor quality and lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes, which in more busy periods creates preconditions for disruption of production and hinders the rapid execution of larger orders and attracting new customers. These negative factors limit the opportunities for market development and growth of the company, which determines the necessity of introducing in the production of new high-tech equipment, subject of this project. The planned project activity is aimed at purchasing and putting into production 7 assets that will be used directly in the product range of amplifiers and DAC (Digital Audio Converter). The technological capabilities and speed of delivery of the finished products to the end-user will be enhanced and a more successful presence in the external markets will be ensured by increasing the production volume, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, meeting the set deadlines. The project falls under the category "expanding the capacity of an existing business site".
