Company ET "Alliance-Zafir Kulev" - Shumen is a manufacturer of laboratory fireplaces, boxes and laboratory furniture. Part of the activity is the recycling of laboratory instruments and apparatus. The company has successfully passed certification tests and works in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008, which is a guarantee for the quality of the goods and services offered. Since its inception, the company has been striving to improve its manufacturing processes in order to increase the company's competitiveness and export potential by achieving lower production costs. The factory has its own production base in Shumen, a machine fleet and qualified personnel to achieve the final successful results of its work. Through this project proposal, ET Alliance-Zafir Kulev took advantage of the opportunity to apply for a subsidy for the purchase of automated high production machines for production, which will increase the production capacity of the enterprise, achieve higher productivity, reduce production costs and optimization of the production chain, respectively increasing the added value of manufactured products.The head of the company identifies the need to buy the following technological production equipment in order to increase the competitiveness of the company: - Form Cutting Circular Saw - 1 pc. - Automatic Edge Machine - 1 pc. - Vacuum membrane press - 1 pc. - CNC Hydraulic abc-press - 1 pc. - Laser - 1 pc. - CNC router - 1 pc. - Machine for cutting PVC and aluminum joinery - 1 pc. - Gascar - 1 pc. - Screw compressor - 1 pc.
