"M-Mash" Ltd was established in 2005 in Kazanlak. The company works in the field of design and production of hydraulic components and parts for general machine building. The manufacturing process involves metal processing on universal and CNC machines. The main products of the company are: piston hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves, valve apparatus, emergency valves, etc .. All products are produced among request and each one of them requires a specific plan for their fabrication. The company is oriented towards the Bulgarian market, with ambitions to start exports. This project proposal is aimed at expanding production activity by adding new technological capacities to the technological park of "M-Mash" Ltd. In order to withstand competition and strengthen its position, the company must optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in various stages of production of machined components. The project provides for the purchase of 3 pcs. new high-performance machines - CNC lathe and CNC vertical machining center and air compressor, that will provide greater accuracy and speed in processing details. As a result, "M-Mash" Ltd will optimize the manufacturing process, will reduce time, the technology will reduce waste and reduce the cost of finished products and will reduce the amount of electricity consumed. With the project, the company aims to expand its position in the Bulgarian market and to reach foreign markets.
