Increasing the production capacity and export potential of Apriori Production House

APRIORI Ltd. / Apriori Production House / is production company found in 2005, with an established name in the public domain, synonymous of quality, loyalty and professionalism. The company has its own post-production studio and is specialized in developing of commercials, visual effects and 2D-3D animation, broadcast in many European and Middle Eastern countries. In the past few years, the company's business has expanded and now includes film projects that are distributed around the world through MALEE Entertainmentamp; Universal. In order to meet the high demands of foreign markets and local ones, the company needs to invest in advanced technology equipment and improve its manufacturing processes by automating some of it. This will be achieved by purchasing a 'Robotic Handle for Special Effects'. The functions of the robotic manipulator will provide the possibility of achieving special effects that can not be achieved by the human hand. The robotic process of filming multiple elements with the same motion of the camera gives freedom to these elements to be composed in one frame. Robotic camera motion control is the most advanced method for multiplied representation of single elements (for example, multiplying the same actor in a single frame) with motion of the camera. By implementing the 'Robotic manipulator for capturing special effects' in the production process, resource efficiency, cost reduction and increased competitiveness will be achieved. The project proposal falls within the priority area "cultural and creative industries-audiovisual forms, stage and visual arts" from the thematic area "New Technologies in the Creative and Recreational Industries" defined by the ISIS and contributes for environment protection.
