Improvement of the production capacity of Ikris Ltd by purchasing new production equipment.

The expansion of market positions and increased competitiveness of the foreign markets, characterized by high intensity of the competitive struggle, necessitates constant improvement of the production process in order to meet the current trends in the industry and the dynamics in the development of the consumer demand and the approved regulatory requirements to end products. In view of this it is envisaged the realization of this project, whose main purpose is to increase the production capacity and to strengthen the export potential of the company. The investment project envisages the introduction of new technologies to improve the production process of the applicant company through the purchase of new assets. The project will be implemented through the following complex of activities eligible under this procedure for: - improvement of production processes; - adding new features or improving existing products; - Implementation of new technologies for the improvement of the production process, which represent an investment in FTA related to the expansion of the capacity of the existing business site. The project activities and the expected results will contribute to effectively addressing the problems and constraints of the company's development and competitiveness, due to the lack of sufficient production capacity, the use of outdated technologies and high production costs, as well as the lower quality of the produced products and the impossibility of expanding the range. The project has a term of execution of 12 months and amounts to BGN 249 256.00 excluding VAT. Its place of execution is the production base of "Ikris" Ltd in the city of Sofia, Nadezhda district.
