Improving the production capacity of Bulmark Ltd.

BULMARK Ltd. operates in the field of production and engineering of devices, instruments and executive mechanisms and development for details, assemblies and mechanisms. The company also produces specific details and devices on customers request . The present project is aimed at expanding the activity of Bulmark Ltd. through the purchase of new equipment, which will expand the production capacity of the company and improve its efficiency in the execution of custom orders. The project aims to introduce highly efficient machines with a higher production capacity to overcome the constraints for precision machining of parts and the manufacture of devices and mechanisms - a key element of "Bulmark" Ltd production. The new machines will considerably increase the volume of production and shorten delivery time due to significantly higher production capacities that allow more production to be produced in shorter time and reduce waste, resulting in expanding production volume of the main products of the company. With the introduction of the new equipment, the company will be able to launch its products also in foreign markets. The company intends to purchase and put into operation 3 pcs. high-performance lathes, Swiss type. After the implementation of the project activities, productivity will increase by almost 15% and export will increase by 25% compared to the investments made. With the introduction of new production capacities, net sales revenue will increase, with the expected growth of 15%. The implementation of the project will lead to an increase in production capacity and an increase in the total volume of output, both for the domestic market and for export.
