Improving the production capacity and expanding export potential of the Company Inter Engineering Ltd, town of Razgrad

Inter Engineering 10 Ltd. is a dynamically developing small company with headquarters and production facilities located in a region with high unemployment and low share of foreign investments - Razgrad. The company offers a variety of engineering services in the field of design, development, construction, manufacturing and assembly, as well as maintenance and repair of non-standard machines and equipment, specialized steel vessels and structures of non-ferrous, galvanized and black steel for the needs of the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries . The main issues facing the company are to ensure the company's working process with sufficiently reliable and efficient machines to increase the production capacity of the company and to improve the quality of the final product and to enter the international markets. At present, some of the machines in the production are obsolete, energy-intensive and low-cost. Much of the production proceses are still mechanical - characterized by a great deal of manual labor, respectively low efficiency and quality of production. In order to meet the market demands of the domestic market, especially in the international markets, to withstand the challenges of the rapid development of the metalworking sector and to satisfy the large volume of orders for its customers, the company should take measures to modernize the machinery with new modern equipment. The present project envisages the purchase of an Automated Welding Trolley and Sheet-Cutting Equipment, which will increase the capacity of the company, specifically in the welding unit and add strength and high quality welds to the characteristics of the products of the applicant. The project will be implemented under the applicable de minimis regime under Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 Duration: 12 months, place of realization: Razgrad.
