"Moskov and son" Ltd production capacity improvement

The current project proposal aims at buying and implementing specialized assets for production and packaging of cosmetic products: toilet soap production line - 1pcs, Soap packaging line Plisser type - 1pcs, Homogenizator system for production of cream and liquid products - 1 pcs. With the help of those assets we shall achieve production processes automatization and improvement in the fullfilment of clients' orders in respect to deadlines and quality of products. Expenses optimization will also be achieved as well as increase of the types of produced soaps and packaging. We shall increase our resource effectiveness in respect to minimizing the necessity of transport packaging landfill. We shall create a possibility for wasteless automatic production of soaps, increase of production capacity for those products and also for creamy and liquid cosmetic products. All the products are part of our current portfolio. The necessity for production capacity increase is based on the increased demand for our products at the market. The new machines are high-tech, with high production possibilities, automatized technological processes. This will to: increase of the production capacity for packaged and labeled soaps with 300%, increase of the production capacity for creamy and liquid products with at least 25%. Having the possibility to get new orders and fulfill them with different shapes and packagings, we expect to have increase in our export with more than 15% at the first year after the project implementation. The expected increase of the turnover is more than 35% and the productivity will be increased with minimum 15%. The project implementation will have as a result overall increase of our competitiveness and will ensure for us possibilities for future development and additional investments. The project is implemented in area "Industry for healthy life and bio-technology" from the Innovation strategy for intelligent specialization
