Improvement of production capacity in Rapid Progress EOOD

RAPID PROGRESS Ltd. specializes in the development and realization of specialized industrial software programs for all kinds of CNC erosion machines. The company's activities are in two directions: - "Development of NC programs"; - "Programming Postprocessors" For implementation on the market, each of the software products passes a mandatory test test in a real work environment, with the process of optimizing metalworking operations and validating the program. To ensure the process, the company uses morally outdated electro-erosion test machines, which reduces productivity in both directions and reduces overall enterprise programming capabilities. For the purposes of the two production directions, in order to optimize the production processes and after conducting procedures for the selection of contractor, according to the requirements of Decree № 160, new high-tech equipment will be purchased and put into operation: -Machine for Programming and Testing of Software Controlled Volume-Erosion Operations- 1pc. and -Machine for Programming and Testing of Software-Managed Thread-Erosion Operations- 1 pc. Buying these capacities is necessary to increase the enterprise's programming capacity, its successful presence in the market, optimize the production process, achieve higher productivity and improve products. The project envisages carrying out one main activity: 1. "Activity to improve production capacity" Its realization will have a positive effect on the achievement of the goals for increasing the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of RAPID PROGRESS EOOD. At the same time, the company will increase its export earnings, improve cost efficiency, resulting in optimal return on investment. During the implementation of the project, all requirements for visualization, publicity, information and communication will be met.
