The current project proposal is aimed at expanding the capacity of the existing site of "Balkancar - ZPDEA G. Kostov" AD in Sofia for the production of electric motors. This is achieved through the realization of the investment project and the purchase and putting into operation of the following production equipment: Equipment for induction hardening of axles, shafts and other details; Pressurized metal casting machine; Electric furnace for hot metal as well as the following production software: Software for designing and modeling of 3D details and Software for CNC machines programming. With the implementation of the project and the acquisition of the described production assets, the company will overcome several technological problems and manually operated processes - a bottleneck in the whole production cycle. With the purchase of the new assets, the production capacity of electric motors will increase from 32000 pcs. electric motors and parts to over 36500 pcs. electric motors and parts / yr.
