Improvement of production capacity at Ingiliz Group LLC

The company Ingiliz Group LLC was established in 2009 and is the successor of the company "INGILIZ-Gurzel Remsiev" - producer of shoes in the town of Peshtera since 1996. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the production capacity of Ingiliz Group LLC as a factor for improving the competitiveness of the company as well as for increasing its export potential in the field of footwear production. The main project goal will be achieved by achieving the following specific project objectives: - Improving shoe manufacturing processes by automating the molding process; - reducing production costs by optimizing processes and recycling materials in the molding technology section; - improving the products by increasing the quality of the molds used in the footwear production. The specific project objectives will be achieved by expanding the capacity of an existing business site in the town of Peshtera, where the project activity will be realized through the acquisition of new automated equipment. The project objectives are in line with the objectives of the procedure and, in addition, project activities will be implemented in a priority area of ​​ISIS for the development of mechatronics and clean technologies. The realization of the project activity will lead to the following expected results: - Reduce production costs by 8% - Improving the quality of the shoes produced - Increased productivity by 16.13% - Increase in exports. The project will be implemented over a period of 12 months, expanding the capacity of a business site in one of the priority areas of the programme.
