Investments in production capacity of Tara Ltd.

Tara Company was established in 2002 as Sole Trader "Tara" with main business activity - producing women's shoes, boots and sandals. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the production capacity of Tara Ltd. as a factor for improving the competitiveness of the company as well as for increasing its export potential in the field of footwear production. The main project goal will be achieved by achieving the following specific project objectives: - improving shoe manufacturing processes by automating the process of shoe and foot care and removal of manual operations; - reduction of production costs through optimization of technological processes and automation of production; - Improvement of the products offered by improving the precision of the technological operations with the introduction of programmable and automated machines for processing the elements of the shoes. The specific project objectives will be achieved by expanding the capacity of an existing business site in the town of Peshtera, where the project activity will be realized through the acquisition of new automated equipment. The project objectives are in line with the objectives of the procedure and, in addition, project activities will be implemented in a priority area of ​​ISIS for the development of mechatronics and clean technologies. The realization of the project activity will lead to the following expected results: - Reduction of unit production cost by 12% - Improving the quality of the shoes produced - Increase productivity - by 16.20% The final effect of the project is to increase the production capacity of Tara Ltd by 28% by automating 5 of the technological operations in the footwear industry. The project will be implemented over a period of 12 months, expanding the capacity of a business site in one of the priority areas of the programme.
