Improvement the production capacity and export potential of PIASTRELLA Ltd

PIASTRELA LTD was founded in 2012 with its main activity manufacturing of LED products and items for lighting and advertising. The production is successfully realized on the Bulgarian and international market, and the company constantly renews and extends the product range. Due to the extremely fast pace of development in the lighting production sector and the growing demand for increasingly modern and energy-saving solution as well as the aging of the used technological equipment, makes no longer possible to meet the needs of the market in terms of components, quality, performance, execution time and cost of the production. The available company equipment no longer makes it possible to reach the desired production capacity and to satisfy the high customer requirements related to production quality. As a result of the implementation of the project and the projected assets "LED TUBE T8 ASSEMBLY LINE, new production technologies will be implemented, the working processes will be optimized in order to increase the resource efficiency and efficiency of the production cycle, the production costs will be reduced in order to increase the competitiveness and increase the export potential of the company. The project proposal falls within the scope of two priority areas "Systems for Automated and Software Assisted Manufacturing with Application in Manufacturing" and "Robotics and Process Automation" from the thematic area of ​​ISIS Mechatronics and Clean Technologies, as well as corresponds to the purpose of this procedure to increase the competitiveness of Bulgarian SMEs and their more successful presence in the national and foreign markets by increasing the volume of production, optimizing the production process, achieving the higher productivity, lower production costs, improved products (goods and / or services).
