Improving the production capacity of NTN Ltd.

The specific objective of the project of NTN Ltd. is to improve the capacity of the company for production of ventilation and air-conditioning installations. More specifically, the project implementation will increase significantly the production capacity for the process of machining of various metal elements. This will be achieved through the implementation of the project activity for improving the capacity of NTN Ltd., which envisages the purchase of new production machines (long-term tangible assets): • CNC lathe (type 1) – 1 • CNC lathe (type 2) – 1 The introduction of the new machines will contribute to: • Increasing the capacity for the process of machining of metal elements with 30%, which will lead to an overall increase in the production capacity of the company. • Improving the manufacturing process through the purchase of new automatic and highly productive machines which will optimize the work of the company and will reduce the volumes of discarded scrap from this particular process. • Decreasing the production costs through increase in work efficiency, reduction of the time for machining of elements with 30% compared to current levels and reducing the volumes of discarded scrap from this process • Improving the products’ quality through more automization in the machining process. The overall effect of the project of NTN Ltd. will be a significant increase in the competitiveness of the company that will lead to an increase in the net revenue and the productivity, as well as to creating possibilities for realization of the company’s products on external markets (export of products).
