Improvement of the Production Capacity with the aim of raising the Ivan Todorov ET 98 Competitiveness and Strengthening the Export Potential

"IVAN TODOROV 98" was established in 1998. The main direction in which it develops is advertising and publishing, design and production of advertising and printed materials. The company's product range is extremely versatile and includes the production of books, catalogs, photo books, brochures, banners, banners, printing and cutting of PVC foil ornaments. For the efficiency of the production process and quality of services, the level of the technology park is also essential, so the company traditionally invests part of its profits in new production machines. However, some of the workflows are still carried out with an older generation of machines, which is a prerequisite for workflow delays, poor quality and lack of sufficient production capacity (lower productivity and higher technology costs that increase the cost of services ) to meet market demand volumes, which, in busier periods, creates conditions for disruption in the workflow and hinders the rapid execution of larger orders and attracting new customers. These negative factors limit the opportunities for market development and growth of the company, which determines the necessity of introducing new high-tech equipment, subject of this project. The planned activities of the project are aimed at purchasing and introducing into the working processes finishing machines and printers. The need to purchase this type of equipment is to increase the production capacity and replace the currently depreciated technology. The new equipment will ensure a better presence on national and foreign markets by increasing the volume of services offered, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity and improving the quality and range of services offered. The project falls under the category "expanding the capacity of an existing business site".
