Increese of the production capacity in Spartak JSC

SPARTAK is a factory with traditions in the production of machine-building products. The company is the largest producer of industrial fans in Bulgaria. For decades the production of many types of industrial fans, burners, related services has been developed. The producer is involved in designing, consulting and production of ventilation equipment, as well as repair and reconstruction of existing ventilation systems. In recent years SPARTAK JSC has expanded its product nomenclature by starting production of various welding products from sheet metal and profiles - pallets for the automotive industry, boxes and articles with mechanical and die-cutting, parts for lifting equipment, woodworking machines and others. The main markets of the company are the European Union countries: Germany, France, the Netherlands, Great Britain, the Czech Republic and Russia - where about 70% of the production is realized. This imposes uncompromising quality and high efficiency of the production process, as well as achieving competitive prices. In order to secure this production, Spartak has been investing in the renovation of his equipment in order to expand capacity, achieve better efficiency and higher quality of the production. Part of this strategy is also the purchase of new equipment for turning and further processing the details, subject of the present project proposal, namely: 1. Numeric lathe without turner - 2 pieces. 2. Numerical lathe with turner - 2 pieces. 3. Processing center -1 number. With the purchase of lathes and machining center, the production capacity for turning and processing of parts will be doubled due to the better technical parameters of the equipment and will improve their quality thanks to the high precision of the machines, thus optimizing the production costs, by reducing wastage and claims.
