„Improvement of production capacity in „TECHNO" Ltd."

The present project will be realized by „TECHNO“ Ltd., specialized in metalworking and production of parts, tools and spare parts for machine building. According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE.BG - 2008), the activity is classified with code 25.62 "Mechanical treatment of metal". The production base of the company is situated in the town of Gabrovo. The main challenge for TECHNO currently is related to insufficient production capacity despite the full capacity utilization of existing capacities. Insufficient capacity makes it impossible to take larger orders and execute them in shorter terms, which slows the company's development. With the implementation of the present project, the available equipment will be complemented by new, modern and high-performance metalworking machines: CNC lathe - 1 pc. and a 5-axis vertical machining center - 1, which will result in: 1. Increasing the production capacity with over 12 000 pcs. parts, tools and spare parts for machine building / per year; 2. Increasing the export potential of „TECHNO“ Ltd. It is planned that at the end of the forecast period 17,000 pieces of the finished parts will be realized in the foreign markets; 3. Increasing Productivity; 4. Increase in net sales revenue; Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of machines. The total value of the investment is BGN 478 591.60 excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.
