Impruving production capacity of "ItalTech" Ltd

ITALTEH Ltd.is a company founded in 1998 in the town of Yambol. The main activity of the company is the manufacture of parts, elements and metal parts by means of mechanical processing. The produced metal products can be grouped into 2 main groups: • metal products with 2-axis machining - nozzles, cylinder bottoms, cylinders, cylinder caps, bolts, etc. • metal products with 3-axis machining - cylinder caps, cylinder pistons, sleeves, shafts, axles, etc. The products of the company are widely used in machine building and instrumentation. They are used in the production of engines, hydraulic products and other aggregates for agricultural machinery, military equipment, shipbuilding equipment, tooling, construction equipment, etc. One of the biggest challenges for the company is preserving the already established market positions. To address these challenges, the company must overcome its limitations in terms of: - limited production capacity - lack of sufficient production capacity to meet the market volumes of demand in the country and abroad; - necessity of optimization of production processes - high production costs and cost; - lower quality of part of the produced products. In order to overcome these problems, the project proposal includes "Activity to improve the production capacity of the applicant". The activity will be accomplished through the purchase and commissioning of a CNC lathe with 2 axes, CNC lathe with 3 axes and automatic strip-cut CNC machine, which will expand the production capacity of the company's existing establishment in Yambol. The implementation of the activity will lead to an improvement of the company's competitiveness - by achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs and optimizing the production chain.
