Improving production capacity in “Technogi”Ltd

"Tehnogi" Ltd. was established in June 2006. Its main activity is the production of machinery and equipment for the food industry. The company realizes its production only on the domestic market, in the whole country. From the beginning of 2019 "Tehnogi" Ltd. carries out production activities on its own production premises, where there are sections for the main stages of the technological process. Some of the machines have been bought second hand and date back to 1977-1989. The production process in the enterprise is dependent on problems and constraints resulting from the low technological level - outdated technological capabilities with limited work speed and capacity, inability to execute large orders in short time, high production costs. The main objectives of this project is to improve the production capacity and export potential of "Tehnogi" Ltd. as a producer of machinery and equipment for the food industry and to increase the competitiveness and improve the sustainable economic development of the company. These goals will be achieved by purchasing equipment with high technological capabilities and productivity. With the implementation of the project, the company plans to significantly increase its competitiveness through productivity gains and an increase in net sales revenue, incl. increase in average export earnings. As a final result of the investment, production capacity will be improved through improved production processes, optimized production costs and guaranteed high quality production. The project is implemented in one of the thematic areas of ISIS, namely: Mechatronics and Clean Technology.
