Radev and Sons Ltd. is a small company, whose main activity is the production of lamps and lighting fixtures - series production and production according to the customer's order. The company operates in a market characterized by the presence of a large volume of low-quality, low-priced products from Asia. The products of Radev and Sons Ltd. are qualitative, stylish and safe - an important factor determining their strong demand in the domestic and international markets. At the heart of the development company's strategy lies the expansion of technological capabilities and the optimization of production processes. The equipment currently available to the company does not allow us to reach the desired production capacity and meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers. The main problem for the applicant is the lack of opportunities for utilization of the export potential, mainly due to the capacity deficit and the unsatisfactory quality of the finished products. This project envisages investment in tangible assets for automation and optimization of production processes: 1 piece of Hybrid abcant press and 1 piece of Servo-electric stamp press. As a result of the introduction of the new equipment, the capacity of the main production processes - processing, bending and cutting of sheet material - will be increased by at least 30% and hence the overall capacity of the company. At the end of the projection horizon, the company is expected to increase its revenues from the sale of production by at least 50% on the basis of 2017 and on exports - twice on the same period. The project will be realized within 12 months in the production base of the company, located in the village of Graf Ignatievo, Municipality of Maritsa.
