Improvement of production capacity in "Ludal Friction" Ltd.

"Ludal Friction" EOOD has been established in 2010 and is specialized in manufacturing high quality asbestos-free friction products including drum and disk brake pads for commercial and heavy duty vehicles, buses, trailers and half-trailers, friction discs and specialized friction products. The main objective of the project is to improve the production capacity of the enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness and its export potential. The main object of the project is the implementation of an initial investment in FTA, connected with the expansion of the existing business facility and leading to the creation of prerequisites for production of more than the currently produced products. The project will be implemented through the implementation of the Action for Improving the Production Capacity of the Applicant / Part 1, 2/, within which 2 pieces Press required for the implementation of the project will be acquired, leading to improvement of the production capacity. Through the project realization, the obstacles to the competitive development of the enterprise and its export activity and potential due to the following factors will be successfully overcome: -use of old technologies and equipment to implement production processes; - high production costs and the need for optimization of production chains; - Lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes; - lower quality of the produced products. The investments in tangible fixed assets will directly lead to improvement of production capacity through: improvement of production processes, incl. achieving higher productivity and increasing the volume of produced products; reduction of production costs; improving the offered products . As a result of this, the main objective of the project will be achieved, which corresponds directly to the purpose of procedure BG16RFOP002-2.040
