Improvement of the production capacity of "Galvani" Ltd.

Galvani Ltd. carries out its main activity in the field of mechanical and chemical processing of metals. In recent years, the company specializes in surface treatment of metals, respectively galvanic and polymer coatings. The company owns a galvanic workshop and a sewage treatment plant for it, a powder painting workshop, a mechanical metalworking unit - cutting and bending of sheet and rod material, turning, milling, MIG/MAG welding. Despite the available equipment, the high market competitiveness and the ever-growing demand for such services create the need to expand the production capacity of the company. In order to optimize the production processes with the improvement of the technology it is envisaged the introduction of new innovative machines, which will lead to increase of productivity, decrease of production costs and improvement of the quality of the services offered by the company. This will contribute to the emergence on the international market and the ability to supply quality products to foreign customers. The enhanced competitiveness will contribute to better realization of the services offered on the domestic as well as the foreign market. The realization of the project will improve the production capacity of Galvani Ltd., will increase the competitiveness, which will keep current customers, attract new ones and create potential ones on the local and foreign markets.
