Increasing the competitiveness of DGR International SRLU. by introducing new technologies for improving the production capacity

The implementation of the project provides competitive advantages to DGR INTERNATIONAL SRLU for improving the production and export capacity by introducing new high-efficiency equipment for increasing the volume of production, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs and improvement of the products offered on the national and international markets. As a typical representative of the SME sector in Bulgaria, DGR INTERNATIONAL SRLU, which is also a representative of the project target group, faces the typical problems of the company's development related to high production costs, the use of outdated technologies, insufficient production capacity and quality of production. In this connection, the main objective of the project is to increase the production capacity and to increase the export potential of DGR INTERNATIONAL SRLU by optimizing the production process and reducing the production costs due to the diversification of used equipment and the purchase of new generation equipment the ability to perform complex operations at a reduced resource cost. The expected results from the implementation of the project are to improve competitiveness and market presence through embedded new high-efficiency technologies and to improve the production process in order to provide the desired higher productivity, reduced production costs and an optimized production chain. These results are achieved as a result of the implementation of key activities related to the improvement of the production processes, the addition of new features and the improvement of the products through the introduction of new technologies for increasing the production capacity, including Vertical pruning machine for round parts - 1 pc. and Laser cutting system with fiber - 1 pc.
